On March 31, 2026 the City of Lynn and the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) Hall celebrated the debut of the Museum’s new accessible elevator, marking a major milestone in making the building inclusive for everyone. Friends and supporters packed the room to watch Lynn Mayor Jared Nicholson cut the ribbon that made it all official! This renovation project is funded by City ARPA funds.
